The video below is an interview that I conducted, filmed and edited using Adobe Premiere for my digital storytelling course. We were allowed to interview anyone we wanted to tell any story, as long as it was tied to North Carolina. Knowing how important Italian food is to my Italian family, I decided to interview my Spanish teacher from Peru about the importance of his traditional food and if the lack or presence of it in Chapel Hill makes him feel “at home”… or not.

During this class was my first time using the software and camera equipment. I had a really fun time filming and planning.
